Sun Shines on GT Garden Party

On Sunday, May 20, 2018, GT held a spring Garden Party at the home of Renee Licht. Close to 60 members, volunteers and guests gathered over tea sandwiches, sparkling rose', iced tea, scones and pastries. During a week of relentless rain, the sun came out on the Licht's beautiful backyard terrace just in time for GT to enjoy the afternoon. Members & guests heard project updates from our 2017 grantees, socialized and admired the lovely, flower-filled setting. Money raised from this event went to GT's Emergency Fund to help individuals & families with immediate and urgent needs.
