Meetings and Spring Events
Our annual membership meeting takes place every fall. Board and committee meetings take place throughout the year. At our annual spring event, we raise money for our Emergency Fund for Individuals and Families in Crisis.
Holiday Parties
Every year in December, Giving Together hosts a Holiday Party, and every spring we organize a fundraiser to support our Emergency Fund. Funds matched by Montgomery County's Community Foundation, helping families in need.
Fun Excursions
Our members enjoy relaxing together and learning through periodic field trips to destinations such as the Krieger and Glenstone Museums.
Grantee Activities
September 16, 2017:
The Crossroads Community Food Network opens a new kitchen in Takoma Park-Silver Spring with an $8,000 grant from Giving Together.
